What to Expect When We Work Together

An in-depth nutrition assessment to form the basis of your nutrition plan

Customized nutrition plan that you will have full access to forever. This plan includes your overall performance goals, sub-goals, nutrition education, customized fueling plans, handouts, fueling tips, and more

Weekly or Biweekly check ins to provide progressive coaching, education, support, and motivation for every client

Weekly or Biweekly progress report listed at the bottom of your nutrition plan. This report includes a summary of our discussion as well as updated goals and plans of action

24/7 text access to provide additional communication and support in between coaching calls
When working with minors, all communication will involve the child and parent, or solely the parent.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the program?
To truly achieve sustainable, yet optimal health and performance, a one time visit and simple meal plan is not the answer. For that reason, I require a minimum 4 month commitment when working with me.
Who do you work with?
I work with all highly motivated individuals ready to commit to their health/performance goals and make a change TODAY.
Do you work with minors?
Yes! I work with many young athletes, however all communication will involve both the child and parent (group text, zoom, etc.) or solely the parent - this will depend on parent preference.
What if I need more than 4 months?
No problem! I am here to work with you and support you and your goals for as long as you feel necessary.
What's the difference between Weekly vs Biweekly coaching?
The difference is the amount of calls and accountability. Most of my clients choose Weekly coaching with 4 coaching calls/month. Biweekly coaching is only 2 coaching calls/month.
